Dell has had this problem for years. Dell corporate fails to any of their customer's information and as businesses change names, shift owners, or move, they constantly fail to keep their database up-to-date. We said screw it and just went to Lenovo.

Actually, the original publisher could potentially make more money by encouraging a used game market. If people know they will be able to buy it, play it, and then sell it, they may be more willing to purchase it in the first place. Having a used market for a product can increase its value to a potential customer.

Why does always seem that politicians are the ones that understand politics--including economic issues far less than normal people. They seem so out of touch that it makes you wonder if they live on the same planet, let alone the same country as we do.
