Dell is not capable of handling simple changes. The corporate account we use with them is set up using my predecessor's email address. They refuse to change this, and still send invoices and updates to that address. We are keeping it alive just for them, because they refuse to change. I have also had to drive 30 miles to pick up a computer that they shipped to the address of one of our employees, because he once bought a computer from them, and was given a discount for saying he worked with us. truly maddening.

It means that apple users do not know what complex computer methods are, therefore they have to dumb the game down to their level. Apples are made for the lowest common denominator. Meaning they have to cripple their OS with overly simple actions that are torture for a power user to use just so even mentally handicapped kids can use it. As a social commentary, this is an ok thing (although, if something is worth learning well, there is a learning curve). But for computer users, this is an awful thing. The lack of advanced training in OS usage means no reliance on complex key combos or macros, which isn't required for a good game, but the more levels of complexity there are the longer it takes to learn, the longer the appeal of the game (see guitar hero, fight night, call of duty, classic examples, donkey kong, bionic commando, mario brothers .... and on). Also 'mac gaming' hasn't been existent since ... well ever. So its like starting with children, having to teach everything about gaming. With this perfect storm of users who don't know how to use, and gamers that have never gamed, of course the games are going to be overaccessable and therefore BORING. Does that make more sense for you? Basically the community is morons, so they have to make games for morons. Get it?
