I think a cap of around 25 stories per day is in line. That's actually a really high number. Sure, there will be people who could digg more than that, but if someone spends that much time reading stories on the Internet, their social skills and ability are likely to be questioned. True, but you could also argue that no financial institution in the US is wholly private. After all, the government has demonstrated time after time that they are willing to step in and clean up the mistakes of the CEOs who engaged in risky behavior without adequate reserves and lost. That lowers the costs to the companies because they don't have to pay the true cost of the risks they take.
