whoops
90,000 homes? That's only 405.56W each. Obviously not everyone is going to be using their electricity at the same time, but when people get home from work, turn on the AC/Heating, put the oven/microwave on, watch TV etc, I think 90,000 is a bit optimistic, for peak demand at least. Maybe for it works itself out as that on average but even a single occupancy household would hit 400W quite easily.
@ether: Not surprised. I think that Kerry-phrase is applicable to every politician at somepoint in their careers. Freak'n bastids libra tattoo art
+1 Yes I too have seen that 100,000 times.. Next thing on front page of Digg will be the redneck limousine or the battle at Kruger..
If you don't buy it how pray does pirating it make any difference?
Wind turbine is the best natural energy that is not damaging for the environment. I hope it will be used more in the future.
buried because i'm having trouble understanding why this would be submitted to digg and then why its up here on the front page.
Thanks to the Windows fanboys for not going Install Vista in the comments. (premature? I hope not)
You can thank me for buying close to 1500 sq feet of the material. Already powering my home. The bigger issue will be batteries. Those were about 5x as expensive as the solar panels.
